Meredy has the kind of fiber for which we are breeding ... lustrous, locked, and greasy. Her dam, Augusta, is bay black and very fine. Because of Augusta's extreme fineness we bred her to GLR Saltante (aka Joey) in hopes of adding his superior lock structure, luster, density, and coverage to her offspring. It worked. Gussie and Joey proved to be a winning combination of genetics.
Meredy produces beautiful offspring and is an excellent mother.
